If you notice an issue with your order and have not yet received a shipping confirmation or tracking information, please email us at [email protected]. We will do our best to assist with any changes before the order ships.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
Please note that in some cases an order may appear as unfulfilled, even though it has already shipped. This simply means the tracking information has not yet been updated.
