What does my order status mean?Updated a month ago

If your order is marked as Fulfilled, it means that it has already shipped. The tracking information should have been sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If your order is marked as Unfulfilled, it means the order has been successfully placed in our system and will be shipped soon. In some cases, the order may have already shipped, but the tracking information has not yet been updated.
